Pipe Connection Systems

EN 12201-3 compliant electrofusion and butt-fusion fittings.

DN 25–710 | PE 100, SDR 11/17 | Electrofusion, PE/Steel & Butt Fittings | Welding Equipment Ø20–1200mm

Installation Principles

Installation must follow applicable installation standards and engineering practice. Key considerations:

Proper

pipe end scraping and cleaning before fusion

Controlled

welding time, temperature and pressure per fitting spec

Correct

fusion joint alignment and cooling time

Compliance

with weld traceability and testing records

Performance Characteristics

Strength

Fusion joint tensile strength equal to parent pipe

resistance

Impact resistance performance

tightness

Joint tightness under defined testing conditions

tolerance

Dimensional tolerance compliance

behavior

Long-term weld integrity under pressure and thermal cycling

System Overview

STRONIX connection systems provide electrofusion, PE/steel transition and butt-fusion fittings, together with the welding equipment needed to join them, so that pipeline joints match the pressure rating and service life of the pipe itself. The system is engineered in accordance with EN 12201-3 requirements and supported by documented Factory Production Control.
