PE Gas Pipes

EN 1555-2 compliant gas distribution systems.

DN 20–630 | SDR 17.6–11 | Pressure up to 10 bar | Application: Gas distribution networks

Installation Principles

Installation must follow applicable installation standards and engineering practice. Key considerations:

Proper

bedding preparation

Controlled

compaction zones

Correct

fusion joint assembly (butt or electrofusion welding)

Compliance

with pressure rating and burial depth requirements relative to PN class

Performance Characteristics

Strength

Long-term hydrostatic strength per MRS rating (PE80/PE100)

resistance

Impact resistance performance

tightness

Joint tightness under defined testing conditions

tolerance

Dimensional tolerance compliance

behavior

Long-term behavior under internal pressure and soil load

System Overview

STRONIX PE gas pipes are designed for combustible gas distribution networks where pressure resistance, fusion joint integrity and long-term dimensional stability are critical. The system is engineered in accordance with EN 1555-2 requirements and supported by documented Factory Production Control.
